I have banked with GTBank for over 5 years now and while I've had a few hiccups, it has been a pleasant experience all in all. I know I'm quick to complain if things do not go well but I also think it is only fair to commend you and your team for the overall great job you are all doing and to also give you positive feedback on my banking experience with GTBank. Top on my list of pleasant surprises/experiences in GTBank are:

  • Calling GTConnect and being greeted by name (that was a pleasant surprise - yeah, I know it's a small thing but it goes a long way).
  • Extremely polite staff at the Contact Centre -GTConnect.
  • Cakes served in the banking hall during festive periods.
  • Automatic notification on upcoming expiry of my MasterCard and the issuance of a new one - sent by email.
  • Banking at the Plaza Branch - arguably the best branch I've ever been to - you have very good customer service/front desk staff there.
  • The way you people go the extra mile to sort out a problem.

More grease to your collective elbows and best wishes as you continue to distinguish yourselves in the African banking experience.

Please continue to lead others as the sky is your limit. I love your services as a new customer to your bank. May I add that your bank’s services, based on your Akure branch standard assessment by me, are simply good. Right from the security staff at the entrance to the indoor workers, one simply feels the friendly atmosphere. As you move out of the bank, in no time you find your account transaction details in your pocket (i.e. SMS transaction notification sent to your mobile phone). There are other aspects of your bank’s top-level performance that I rate higher than other banks. Please spread your Akure standard staff behaviour at work, public relations, efficiency etc to other branches nationwide, and you will be surprised what a wonderful dividend accruing to your bank.
On my part we shall continue to pray for you.
