A: It’s quite simple. Fill the online account opening form and you will receive an ID number. To complete the activation process, simply visit any GTBank branch with the originals of all documents and your ID number. You account will become active within a few minutes.
Alternatively, select the Instant Account Opening option on the Social Banking app page to get your account number instantly. You will be required to upload your passport and signature to complete the form. Please note that certain restrictions apply to this account type (as directed by CBN).

A: The Airtime Recharge and Money Transfer options are integrated with GTBank Mobile Money. This means if have activated GTBank Mobile Money on your mobile device, you can use the same login details on Social Banking.
6.Q: How do I get my GTBank Account Balance when on Facebook
A: Navigate to the GTBank Facebook page. Click on the Social Banking tab and click on Check your Account Balance. Input your NUBAN account number and your registered mobile number and submit. You will receive an SMS with account balance details.
