To receive funds you'd need the following:
- MTCN {10 digit} Number
- Receiver and sender's full names
- Sender and Receiver's full address
- Amount Expected
- Country of Origin
- Test question and answer
- A valid photo ID card
- Date of Birth

- Log on to the Internet banking portal from www.gtbank.com
- Click on 'Self Service'
- Click 'Add Services(s)'
- Select 'Western Union Receive Money' and enter the SIX digit code generated from token device to activate this service
Process Transactions
- Log on to the Internet Banking portal from www.gtbank.com
- Select 'Requests Menu'
- Click 'Western Union Receive Money'
- Input payment details on the form displayed
- Provide answer to secret question in the field provided
- Check on 'terms and conditions'
- Click 'Continue' to accept details and proceed to the confirmation page
- On confirmation page, enter the SIX digit code generated from Token
- Click 'Submit' to execute transaction
- View Transaction History page to confirm successful completion of transaction
- Click on View Receipt to print your transaction receipt

- Register with an email ID and password
- Select Western Union
- Select GTBank from the listed banks
- Complete the form with the transaction details
- Click to accept 'terms and conditions'
- Click on 'Receive Money' to execute transaction
- View payment receipt page to confirm successful transaction
- Click 'print' to generate transaction receipt
