General Terms and Conditions
- Campaign dates: 3 November 2025 – 31 December 2025
- Applicable GTBank Naira Mastercard cards are:
- Mastercard Platinum Naira Debit
- Mastercard Naira Standard Debit
- Mastercard Naira Utility Prepaid card
- Mastercard Naira Corporate
- Users will be enrolled automatically when an applicable GTBank Naira Mastercard card is added to their Bolt app account.
- The discount offer will be available to users for the duration of the campaign.
- Expiry dates and trip counts are visible in the promotions section of the Bolt app.
- If there are issues with the offer, users can send messages to the Bolt Support Team via:

2. Eligibility
You may participate in this promotion only if:
- You are a Bolt app passenger who adds an applicable GTBank Naira Mastercard to your account.
- You meet the criteria for either the New User or Existing User campaign as outlined below.
3. How to Qualify & Receive Discount
New User Campaign
- The new user campaign applies to new Bolt app passengers who add their applicable GTBank Naira Mastercard before taking their first trip.
- The new user offer is a 40% discount on the new user's first 2 trips
- The discount on each trip is capped at NGN 1,300
- This offer is available to the first 9,012 new users enrolled in this campaign.
Existing User Campaign
- The existing user campaign applies to all Bolt app passengers who have or add an applicable GTBank Naira Mastercard to their Bolt account.
- The existing user offer is a 30% discount on 2 trips
- The discount on each trip is capped at NGN 1,000
- The offer is available to the first 17,573 users enrolled in this campaign
4. Exclusions & Non-Qualifying Transactions
- Users who do not add an applicable GTBank Naira Mastercard to their Bolt account.
- Trips taken outside the campaign period after enrolment.
- Users who exceed the trip count or expiry date shown in the promotions section of the Bolt app.
5. Disqualification
- Guaranty Trust Bank & Bolt reserve the right to disqualify a user if:
Fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions is detected.
6. Changes or Cancellation
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, Mastercard
and Guaranty Trust Bank reserve the right to:
- Cancel this promotion or,
- Modify these Terms & Conditions at any time (provided that we will not retroactively change the participation or reward conditions unless required by the unforeseen event).
7. General
- Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Decisions by Guaranty Trust Bank & Mastercard regarding this promotion are final and binding.

The Most Satisfying Order: Chowdeck
Terms and Conditions
Spend up to N7,500 and get N2,500 discount towards your next order.
1. This offer is valid for a limited time between 13th January 2025 to 7th March 2025.
2. The campaign will be completed by 7th March 2025 or in the event of completion of funds.
3. This offer is valid on purchases made locally using Mastercard Platinum Naira Debit, Mastercard Standard Naira Debit and Mastercard Naira Utility cards.
4. The offer is applicable to those customers who spend N7,500 and higher in a single transaction.
5. GTBank Mastercard cardholders can only get this cashback 2 times per card during the campaign period. The offer shall be on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Cashback/Discount is to be made available after the cardholder has spent N7,500.
7. The cashback of N2,500 will be assigned to the Cardholder’s Chowdeck wallet.
9. Please use the Chowdeck Application or PC website when ordering to get the automatic discount.
9. The GTBank Mastercard cardholder remains obligated to pay all other costs associated with the purchase.
10. If payment is canceled or not completed during the payment process, the one-time discount will be considered as used and cannot be applied to future purchases.
11. Purchase reversals, refunds and transactions disputed by a cardholder are expressly excluded from this offer.
12. This offer is subject to change or withdrawal at any time by Mastercard in its sole discretion.
13. GTBank , Mastercard and/or Chowdeck shall not be liable to a cardholder if they suffer any financial loss or damage resulting from participating in the promotion offer on the Chowdeck Application and/or PC website. Participating cardholders warrant and agree that Mastercard’s and/or Chowdeck’s refusal to allow a cardholder to take part in the promotion and/or the withdrawal of a cardholder in the promotion or any failure or inability by the cardholder to use the promotion for any reason whatsoever shall not result in Mastercard and/or Chowdeck being held liable to a cardholder if they suffer any financial loss or damage resulting from same.
14. Participating GTBank Mastercard cardholders indemnify and hold GTBank, Mastercard and/or Chowdeck harmless from and against all actions, losses, costs, expenses (including, without limitation, the reasonable fees and expenses of counsel for GTBank, Mastercard and/or Chowdeck), proceedings, claims and/or demands in any way arising out of the acts or omissions of GTBank Mastercard cardholders by participating in this promotion. Under no circumstances will GTBank , Mastercard and/or Chowdeck have any liability to GTBank Mastercard cardholders for any claim arising from or relating to this promotion.
