MoneyGram ADMT service is a payment service that enables MoneyGram customers abroad send money to beneficiaries in Nigeria. A sender of funds can initiate transfers from a point of sale (MoneyGram Agent location abroad) for cash pick up or direct credit into a customer’s account in Nigeria.

Remittances are processed in GTBank via the options below:

  • Naira cash pick up service in any GTBank branch
  • Account deposit service into any GTBank Naira account
  • Account deposit service into any 3rd party bank Naira account

Service Requirements and Benefits

  • Funds must be sent in customer’s account first name and surname.
  • Available to all GTBank account holders and non-GTBank account holders.
  • Customer must have an active Naira account. (10-digit numeric NUBAN Naira account number).
  • Per CBN’s mandate, the Naira equivalent of proceeds over $200 shall be paid into an account.
  • Non-GTBank customers can also pick up cash over the counter with the required regulatory IDs.
  • For cash pick up transfers, customer must present a valid ID card (BVN, International Passport, etc).
  • The exact amount of funds is received, beneficiary is not charged for fees.
